About the Opportunity
We operate in the Fashion & Entertainment media and recruitment sector, delivering talent solutions, on-site hiring support, and operational services to brands, agencies, and production teams.
This is an on-site Executive Assistant role based in India supporting senior leadership across creative, commercial, and operations functions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leaders—prioritise commitments, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely follow-ups.


• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, visas, itineraries, and on-ground accommodations with attention to cost and timing.


• Prepare meeting materials: agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and accurate minutes; drive post-meeting action tracking.


• Triages email and correspondence on behalf of executives, drafts professional communications, and manages confidential documents.


• Handle expense reports, vendor invoices, and basic administrative bookkeeping; liaise with finance for timely reconciliation.


• Coordinate on-site events, stakeholder and vendor engagements, and cross-functional administrative projects to ensure smooth execution.
