Executive Assistant to MD

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries across domestic and international locations.


• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentation slides, and board reports ahead of key leadership and investor meetings.


• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners—filtering communications, drafting correspondence, and escalating critical items.


• Oversee expense reporting, invoice processing, and documentation for executive-level spend with strict adherence to compliance and audit trail.


• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives—scheduling syncs, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-through on executive action items.


• Handle confidential information with integrity; manage sensitive documents, NDAs, and executive communications with discretion.

• Must-Have


• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)


• Calendar & time-blocking tools (e.g., Clockwise, Calendar)


• Travel & expense management platforms (SAP Concur, Expensify)


• Board meeting prep & minute-taking experience


• Strong written communication (business correspondence, executive summaries)


• Discretion with confidential materials & high-stakes communication

• Preferred


• Any Graduate


• Good Communication skill both written and verbal
