• Resolve queries efficiently, aiming for one-touch resolutions.


• Provide valuable insights and feedback – your voice matters!


• Keep that balance between quality, quantity, and efficiency, hitting targets like it’s second nature.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field (yes, we mean any!).


• Got an MBA? That’s a bonus!

Experience:

• Experience in customer service or supply chain in luxury, hospitality, or FMCG? Great!


• Fresh out of school but have an internship in one of these fields? You’re still in the running!
