Job Description - Executive Manager of LIVXS Club

The Executive Manager for LIVXS Club will take full charge of planning and executing all community-driven initiatives—ranging from BNI-style networking events to podcasts, workshops, and curated content collaborations. This person will also focus on lead generation, strategic partnerships, and overall brand building of LIVXS Club as a premium networking and creative space. The role needs someone with strong ownership, a love for people & communication, and the ability to juggle both planning and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Club Experience & Community Building

  • Act as the face of LIVXS Club for members, collaborators, and guests

  • Curate and host regular meetups, mixers, and community gatherings

  • Ensure every club activity has a clear theme, purpose, and value for attendees

  • Create a welcoming, premium vibe that reflects LIVXS ethos

2. Events & Experiences Management

  • Plan and execute BNI-style networking events, talk shows, podcast recordings, and workshops

  • Coordinate with speakers, artists, vendors, and internal creative teams

  • Handle venue setup, guest flow, and overall show direction

  • Post-event follow-ups with attendees and collaborators

3. Lead Generation & Growth Strategy

  • Drive new member enquiries through strategic outreach

  • Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns around events or club experiences

  • Convert event attendees into long-term members or brand collaborators

  • Track leads via CRM (Zoho Bigin) and maintain healthy follow-up flows

4. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Build a network of entrepreneurs, creatives, brands, and service providers

  • Onboard experts or speakers for value-based sessions and knowledge content

  • Pitch and negotiate barter/paid collaborations for club growth

5. Operations & Club Management

  • Manage bookings, calendar, and usage of club space

  • Ensure SOPs are followed for any internal or external activity

  • Coordinate with admin & facilities to keep the space clean, functional, and guest-ready

  • Maintain weekly status reports and event performance logs



Requirements

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and people-handling skills

  • Good at planning events and managing moving pieces

  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand vibe

  • Ability to handle pressure calmly and independently

  • Familiarity with Zoho tools, Google Calendar, and basic CRM

  • Comfortable with social media communication and content briefing

Qualifications Preferred

  • 2–4 years of experience in event handling, community building, or client relations

  • Prior exposure to networking events, creative agencies, or co-working models is a bonus

  • Graduate in Mass Communication, Event Management, or Business

  • Based in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR (Office-based role)
