Job Description - Executive Marketting

Company Description

Since 1971, Ocean Agro (India) Limited has been working in the field of Agro Products, Plastics, Packaging Materials, and irrigation equipments such as Drip and Sprinkler Systems.

We are producing new generation eco-friendly agro-inputs for more than 3 decades. Our products have superior performance and relatively low cost when compared to similar products. Our Research & Development division develops new product almost every year.

We are promoting Organic Agriculture through Practical Demonstration by personal Visits & Interaction by our Trained and Experianced Field Team, and Providing Crop Specific & Season wise full recipe free samples to all progressive farmers. We also arrange farmer's meeting and Technical seminars where Dept. Experts from Agriculture Universities introduce and demonstrate current information.

Job Description

•    Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing targets.
•    Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
•    Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
•    Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
•    Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
•    Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
•    Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
•    Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
•    Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
•    Co-coordinating with the State Manager & Sales Team for Collection, Sales, Target Achievement and Order –production-dispatch.

Qualifications

MBA Marketting/ PGDM

Additional Information

Required minimum of 2Years Experience In Marketting.

Good Command over Excel, Access and should posses basic knowledge of Computer.

Good Communication Skills.

Good command over English, Hindi & Gujarati
