Executive - Meta Ads

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer – Meta Ads (Executive) to join our Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns and a strong analytical mindset focused on ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities - 

• Strategically plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across verticals including E-commerce, Finance, Healthcare, and D2C.
  


• Conduct in-depth audience research, segmentation, and funnel structuring.
  


• Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
  


• Collaborate with creative teams for high-converting ad creatives, messaging, and hooks.
  


• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
  


• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  


• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  


• Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, policies, and industry trends.
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads.
  


• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and funnel metrics.
  


• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  


• Proficiency in Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel tracking.
  


• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  


• Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
