  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver on talent requirements.

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in Healthcare BPO bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of talent markets in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight timelines.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions.
  • Recruitment tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
