Executive Technical Compliance

Major Responsibilities:

• Suspension/Withdrawal letter issuance. Suspension Monitoring.


• Monthly/Quarterly TIQ Report Preparation and submission.


• Support the LTM in organization of annual auditor meets, Impartiality Committee Meeting and MRM. Follow Up/Data Sourcing as per the requirements.


• Folder/document Management and maintenance of SharePoint CERSAR, Library and Technical Folders. Providing SharePoint access to the relevant scheme documents to concern staff/auditor.


• Fraud Prevention – Data Sourcing and Follow up.


• Coordination, planning and support for Routine Surveillance Audit Report Review as per CER MS requirement.  


• Technical Common Mailbox Handling.


• Certification/Accreditation related data analysis and compilation.


• Weekly Dashboard Maintenance for Contract Review Data.


• To maintain & protect assets of company and comply with applicable IT Policies and framework (Ex:-laptop and other accessories and any other assets, password sharing protocols, sharing of files etc).


• To comply with BV’s absolutes (Ethics, Safety and Financial Discipline).


• To adhere to terms and conditions agreed at the time of acceptance of appointment letter.


• Maintain and share knowledge and skills


• Perform any other role assigned by the management from time to time.
