We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters responsible to meet our daily recruitment needs. Primary responsibility is to find the right candidate for a particular job description.

Skills Required

1. Should have experience in end-to-end recruitment.

2. Good exposure it IT Technologies

3. Excellent communication skills

Handling the end to end recruitment cycle.

Interacting with the resource managers and business heads for getting requirement clarity and providing updates in weekly/daily meeting

Extensive experience in sourcing from different portals - LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals.

Manage the whole interview process.

Negotiating the salary and Notice period of the candidates

Documents Collection.

Post offer candidate engagement and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with extended HR Teams

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
