We are seeking an experienced professional to join a growing US-based consumer brand in the sleep and home category. This is a senior-level opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded individual who can help drive business growth, improve operational effectiveness, and translate consumer and market insights into measurable business outcomes.

The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, and execution ownership. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and build scalable initiatives that strengthen the brand's market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives focused on business growth, revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitive activity, and business performance to identify opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into actionable strategies and execution plans.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators, dashboards, and business reports.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Support growth initiatives across e-commerce, marketing, product, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate new opportunities across products, channels, markets, and customer segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Track performance against business objectives and proactively identify risks and corrective actions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Own high-priority projects from problem identification through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to long-term business planning and continuous process improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 9+ years of professional experience in consumer brands, D2C, e-commerce, retail, consulting, strategy, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of consumer-focused business models and commercial growth drivers.
• Proven experience managing strategic, cross-functional, or high-impact business initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
• Strong commercial understanding of revenue, margins, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of complex initiatives.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience working with US or global consumer markets is an advantage.
• Exposure to D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, home, sleep, or consumer products will be highly valued.
