Act as an External Member of Internal Committees of Companies and assist with following:
Handle complaints of sexual harassment - Be a part of conciliation and/or inquiry as part of the IC in accordance with POSH law.
Guide IC with steps to follow and assist them with drafts of emails, documents etc. on a timely basis as and when needed for handling complaints effectively.
Prepare reports for each complaint.
Provide any other assistance that may be required from time to time.
Complete necessary documentation for each complaint
Requirements
Core skills required:
LLB or LLM degree.
Min. work ex.: 2 -3 years.
Interest in handling employees grievances.
Interest and ability to deal with conflict.
Interest and ability to work as part of a team.
Understand and complete time bound tasks.
Ability to function in high pressure situations.
Drafting skills is a must.
Languages (speak, read): Hindi (For NCR), Marathi (For Mumbai & Pune).
Our preference:
Prior experience of handling complaints under POSH Law.
Interest in interacting with an audience and creating awareness of POSH Law.
Prior experience of conducting awareness programs for employees and training of IC Members on the POSH Law
