As a FAIR Engineer - Senior Associate, you will engage in the dynamic field of Software and Product Innovation, focusing on Software Engineering to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that drive their business forward.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage complex projects and mentor junior team members. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complexity with confidence. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions, all while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Managing software development projects through application lifecycle management and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design enterprise application architecture
- Utilizing microservices and API management for efficient system integration and application development
- Leading efforts in quality assurance testing and software troubleshooting to optimize performance
- Applying object-oriented design principles and software development methodologies to enhance application frameworks
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to streamline client management and support
- Innovating with tools like Flutter and React Native for mobile application development and user interface design
- Guiding junior team members in software engineering practices and project planning

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
