Job Description:

This position performs A/R duties, which include balance payments, adjustments in ISPS/Probilling, Brokerage Operations, ISPS (International Shipment Processing System), ETT (Electronic Tracking and Tracing), CRIS (Customer Resource Info System), ARINQ (Accounts Receivable Inquiry), FVT (Full Visibility Tracking), LARCS (Local Accounts Receivable and Collection System), Probill, On Demand, PPS (Payment Processing System), and AR Batch. The individual monitors department quality and productivity, provides coverage for all A/R responsibilities, develops and implements process improvements, and interacts with both internal and external customers on a daily basis. This role performs other duties as requested.
