The Food & Beverage (F&B) Department plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for students, staff, and guests.
The F&B Executive will oversee and coordinate day -to -day operations of the Food & Beverage services on campus, ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service. The role demands a hands -on professional from the catering/hospitality industry with proven expertise in managing large -scale residential dining operations.
Supervise the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages across dining facilities.
Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI and institutional requirements.
Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and special menu requirements for students and staff.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management within the F&B team.
Maintain quality control on food taste, portioning, and presentation.
Address feedback and implement continuous improvements in service delivery.
Support the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and guest services.
Collaborate with the Accommodation and Housekeeping teams for smooth campus operations.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in large -scale catering, hotels, resorts, or institutional F&B operations.
Strong knowledge of bulk cooking, menu planning, and quality control.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast -paced residential campus environment.
Familiarity with kitchen safety standards and food handling regulations.
Flexible and adaptable with a customer -service mindset.
