*Summary:* 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Music Teacher to join our vibrant education institution. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early -career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Music who is eager to inspire young learners through the power of music. The Music Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, age -appropriate music lessons that foster creativity, rhythm, and musical expression across various instruments and vocal techniques. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a deep love for music education. This position plays a vital role in enriching the holistic development of students by cultivating artistic confidence, discipline, and cultural appreciation through structured and joyful learning experiences.

*Responsibilities:* 

- Develop and implement interactive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for students of varying age groups. 

- Teach foundational music concepts including rhythm, melody, harmony, notation, and music theory. 

- Guide students in vocal training, instrument practice (e.g., piano, guitar, percussion), and ensemble participation. 

- Organize and lead school music performances, concerts, and cultural events. 

- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. 

- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages creativity and confidence. 

- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects and school activities. 

- Utilize technology and multimedia tools to enhance music instruction and student engagement.

*Requirements:* 

- Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field. 

- Strong command of music theory, vocal techniques, and instrumental proficiency. 

- Demonstrated passion for music education and working with children. 

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. 

- Ability to plan and deliver structured, engaging, and age -appropriate lessons. 

- Flexibility to participate in extracurricular music activities and school events. 

- Prior teaching experience or student teaching internship preferred (0–2 years experience considered). 

- Willingness to work in a dynamic, student -centered educational environment. 

*Preferred Qualifications:* 

- Certification in music pedagogy or early childhood music education. 

- Experience with digital music software (e.g., GarageBand, MuseScore, Sibelius). 

- Knowledge of Indian classical or regional music traditions (a plus). 

Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
