Films Production Manager

1. Handle bookings and resource planning for the films production team.
   
2. Oversee the execution of all film projects and ensure timely deliveries.
   
3. Manage and guide the in-house films production team for daily operations and shoots.
   
4. Actively work on relevant software tools and contribute to basic graphic design requirements as needed.
   
5. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and implement unique concepts and content ideas.
   
6. Coordinate with the events team for the timely delivery of post-production content from events.
   
7. Maintain clear communication between team members, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
   

Requirements

1. Prior experience in film or video production management is preferred.
   
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
   
3. Knowledge of production software tools and basic graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
   
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
   
5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
   
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
