Job Description - Finance & Accounts -Deputy Manager

Position Title -  Finance & Accounts -Deputy Manager 

Location -  Gurgaon Reports to Deputy CFO – Finance 

Purpose - 

The role holder will maintain updated records and execute all account related functions at the corporate level

Role and responsibilities - 

 Oversight on recording and reporting transactions in compliance with Indian GAAP and some working
knowledge of IFRS will be helpful.
 Responsible for day -to -day accounting, General Ledger Scrutiny, bills passing/ approvals and
processing.
 Manage the entire capital asset purchase process including tooling, depreciation calculation,
accounting for research and development, monthly reporting’s on the entire capex process.
 Assist in Annual Statutory Audits and any other Audit that may happen from time to tim
 Handle bank administration, funds transfers and foreign payments.
 Record and monitor monthly vendor aging and resolve invoice errors if any in accordance with agreed
standards. Weekly scrutiny of short receipt and rejection to Vendor and ensuring debit to Vendor
before payment.
 Prepare monthly Provision of Direct and Indirect Expenses and accounting for all expenses under the
entire relevant reporting requirement.
 GSTR -1, 2A, 2B & 3B Monthly return inputs verification and Form ITC -04 return
 Prepare an operating profit and loss account to produce accurate and timely financial information,
which meets regulatory and business requirements, Preparing Bank Position & Deposition, maintaining
the ledger
 Compilation of management reports including monitoring of achievements against forecasts.
 Excellent ability to communicate and work with functional heads and divisional in charge to implement
system and processes.

 Excellent ability to communicate and work with team members
 Month End Billings, as well as reconciling with real -time basis transactions realizations.
 Monthly reconciliation between MIS numbers and Books of accounts

Experience and Qualification

Essential 
 MBA/CA/CWA
 4 - 5 years in Experience
 MS Office
 IT skills (Fin. software)

Desirable
 CA
 Planning skills
