Job Summary
The Finance & Operations Executive will manage scanO's day -to -day finance and operational activities, ensuring smooth business operations while supporting leadership in strategic initiatives. This role requires a detail -oriented professional who can handle diverse responsibilities across finance, vendor management, compliance, and administrative functions.|
Key Responsibilities
Finance (60%)
Perform bookkeeping and data entry in Tally / Zoho Books
Process vendor payments, track follow -ups, and reconcile accounts
Generate invoices, manage collections, and chase receivables
Monitor client and customer payments and recovery processes
Negotiate payment terms and settlements with clients
Assist clients with medical device finance documentation
Track expenses and prepare MIS reports
Support GST, TDS, and audit preparations
Operations & Administration (40%)
Coordinate with field and sales teams; manage expense reimbursements
Manage vendor coordination and onboarding documentation
Handle petty cash management and expense reimbursements
Coordinate travel reimbursement processes
Maintain audit -ready compliance records and license renewal calendars
Support general administrative operations
Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or CA Inter
1–3 years in finance or accounts
Advanced Excel proficiency
Hands -on experience with Tally or Zoho Books
Strong organizational and follow -up skills
Comfortable with phone -based negotiations and payment collections
Preferred Qualifications
Startup or SME experience

GST / TDS exposure
