Job Description - Finance Associate

Scope of the role:

The Finance Associate will contribute to support the implementation of accounting and finance
controls locally and globally. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial system and procedures
are compliant with our internal policies, and relevant laws and regulations. You will have the
opportunity to work for an innovative global organization with a highly motivated team.

Main Responsibility and Activities:

 Responsible for processing business transactions, invoices, and trade receivables and managing cash
flow statements.

 Keep track of the payments received from clients.

 Assist during the Audit.

 To assist with statutory audits.

 Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.

 Prepare the daily payments, vendor payable and reimbursement list for payments.

 Responsible for ensuring reconciliation of bank accounts, AP GL accounts, and employee travel
statements

 Assist with compliance activities.

Requirements

Education Qualification & Skills Required:

 Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field;

 Minimum 2-4 year of relevant work experience in finance/accounting.

 Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
