This role involves strategic and operational decision-making through data-driven insights, consolidation reporting across multiple locations, and coordination with various finance and operations teams. The individual will lead financial approvals, efficiency validation, and automation initiatives, while also managing pricing models and reconciliation processes.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Drive end-to-end month-end consolidation reporting and P\u0026L management across multiple locations.\n * Lead financial approvals including RGT, POs, and opex spend.\n * Present P\u0026L insights and opex movements to senior leadership during executive reviews.\n * Validate and report efficiency metrics, ensuring robust processes with operations teams.\n * Collaborate with Group Technology Finance, local finance controllers, and operations teams to uphold financial rigour.\n * Support strategic initiatives such as automation projects (e.g., Anaplan) and financial documentation.\n * Understand and manage pricing mechanics and reconciliation with billing and recharges.\n * Maintain strong control over forecasts and actuals reporting.\n * Build relationships to drive productivity improvements and effective business partnering.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * A qualified CA or MBA from a reputed institute.\n * 10\u201312 years of experience in FP\u0026A, budgeting, and business partnering.\n * Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with exposure to reporting tools like Power BI.\n * Skilled in storytelling with numbers\u2014both visual and verbal.\n * Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n * Able to foresee challenges in complex data analysis and maintain a methodical approach.\n * High drive, rigour, and ability to influence and innovate.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
