Job Description - Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail -oriented Finance Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day -to -day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliation processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements

1 -2 years of experience is required.

Process and record daily financial transactions accurately.

Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Verify invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.

Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field
