Job Description

Executive / Senior Executive – Finance (AP & AR)

The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to contribute ideas for process improvements, including understanding basic AI -driven integrations and automation concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and within timelines
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  
• Maintain proper documentation and payment records
  

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Track customer invoices and collections
  
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain aging reports
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing and reconciliations
  

Finance & Accounting Operations

• Support day -to -day accounting activities and financial record maintenance
  
• Assist in monthly reconciliations and MIS reporting
  
• Ensure compliance with company finance processes and documentation standards
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance -related requirements
  

Process Improvement & Automation

• Understand and support basic AI -enabled integrations and automation workflows
  
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve finance processes and operational efficiency
  
• Contribute proactively toward digital and process transformation initiatives
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
  
• Strong exposure to AP and AR processes
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance operations
  
• Experience in the IT / IT services industry preferred
  
• Working knowledge of Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills
  
• Proactive, analytical, and solution -oriented mindset
  
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and integrations preferred
