Finance Executive (FEJul2601)

Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Finance Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The work
hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM IST, work from the office and the work location is at AECS
Layout, Bangalore 560037. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting
operations, analysis of data, and maintaining financial records. You will also be responsible
for providing analytical support to the team.
Responsibilities:
1. GST, TDS, PT payments & return filings.
2. Annual return filing and annual audit completion in coordination with the auditor.
3. Payroll management, and reimbursements management.
4. Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
5. Prepare financial statements and analyse data.
6. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Any accounting qualification and high interest in the finance area.
2. Working knowledge in accounting & taxation.
3. Solid understanding of financial management systems with accounting and banking
4. Working knowledge of dealing with banks on a day-to-day basis
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel (Expert Level), MS Word and other accounting software’s.
7. Bachelors/Master of Commerce, CA, Any Bachelors / master’s with
accounting/finance as a core subject can be considered
8. Expert knowledge of Tally/similar software like QuickBooks.
9. Good understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
