Finance Manager Real Estate

We are looking for a Finance Manager with 4–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably from the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.


• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.


• Handle cash flow management, budgeting, and variance analysis.


• Monitor project-wise costs, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.


• Manage accounts payable, receivables, collections, and vendor payments.


• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and other statutory requirements.


• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.


• Manage bank reconciliations, working capital, and treasury activities.


• Support project accounting and financial reporting.


• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.


• Experience in project accounting and financial analysis.


• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA compliance.


• Strong Excel and ERP skills.


• Excellent analytical and communication skills.


• Experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.
