Finance Manager Supply Chain

We are looking for a CA / CMA / CWA to manage Inventory Finance, COGS, Cost Controls, Reconciliation and Financial Governance across supply chain and operations.

This is a Finance role, not a Logistics/Operations role.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Own inventory accounting, valuation and reconciliation across locations.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage COGS validation, costing, rate controls and inventory provisions.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyse inventory variances, shrinkage, claims, damages and financial leakages.

  
  


• 
  

  Review warehouse, logistics, packaging and transportation costs.

  
  


• 
  

  Validate vendor invoices, SLA penalties and claims.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage procurement/buying finance, rate checks and vendor reconciliation.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure reconciliation between WMS, ERP and books of accounts.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive internal financial controls, audits and GST/APOB compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare MIS and dashboards on inventory, COGS, costs and variances.

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with Operations, Procurement and Technology teams to improve financial controls and profitability.

  
  

Must-Have

• 
  

  CA / CMA / CWA – Mandatory

  
  


• 
  

  4–8 years of post-qualification Finance experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in Inventory Finance / Commercial Finance / Costing / Supply Chain Finance / Financial Controls.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, COGS and reconciliations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to ERP/WMS systems.

  
  

Preferred

• 
  

  Experience in e-commerce, retail, D2C, FMCG or manufacturing.

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to Increff, Unicommerce, SAP, Oracle or similar systems.
