Finance Operations Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support client engagements across assigned service areas
  
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with them to ensure smooth execution
  
• Assist in planning and executing assignments as per firm requirements
  
• Review work prepared by juniors and articles, wherever applicable
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and professional guidelines
  
• Prepare and review reports, submissions, and documentation for client deliverables
  
• Track timelines and ensure timely completion of assignments
  
• Support senior management in client handling and operational activities
  
• Contribute to internal coordination and continuous process improvements
  

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
  
• 3–5 years of post -qualification experience in a CA firm
  
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory frameworks
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving capabilities
  
• Good communication skills with effective client -handling ability
  
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant professional software
  

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Exposure to statutory audit or internal audit assignments
  
• Experience in direct and/or indirect taxation
  
• Knowledge of corporate compliance or advisory services
  
• Prior experience in reviewing or supervising work of junior team members
