Finance System Administer (Oracle EPM & ARCS)

Own end‑to‑end administration of Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS/Planning/RS Plan) and ARCS, ensuring accurate actuals/forecast data, strong reconciliations, and controlled close and reporting cycles. Partner with Finance, GSS, IT, and implementation partners to keep EPM stable, well‑governed, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle EPM: users/roles, entities, accounts, departments, periods, FX rates, eliminations, and metadata.
• Manage Smart View setup, data loads from Plex and other sources, mappings, and automated jobs (C&T, transfers to RS Plan, Actual →Forecast).
• Run monthly close and forecast cycles: open/close periods, handle TB out‑of‑balance fixes, RE roll, P13/year‑end processing.
• Administer ARCS: user/security setup, profiles, formats, mapping files, workflows, and monthly reconciliations and certifications.
• Perform monthly FCCS–RS Plan and Plex/EPM tie‑outs, Gold Copy/Greenbook refresh and checks, and other required reconciliations.
• Act as point of contact for Sage/Webhouse fixed assets admin where integrated to EPM.
• Coordinate with Argano, IT, and Oracle support on incidents, enhancements, and releases.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and evidence for user access, approvals, and audits.

Skills & Experience 

• 5-6 years strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS, Planning/RS Plan, Smart View) and ARCS.
• Solid understanding of close, consolidation, account reconciliation, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Comfort with metadata management, FX translation, period management, and automated jobs.
• Good grasp of internal controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
• Effective communicator able to work closely with Finance, IT, and external partners.
