The Financial Analyst – Real Estate is responsible for delivering financial analysis and strategic insights to support investment decisions, project feasibility, and overall business performance. The role involves preparing financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, evaluating project profitability, and conducting investment appraisals for residential and commercial developments. The incumbent works closely with finance, sales, projects, and management teams to ensure effective financial planning, cost control, risk mitigation, and compliance, thereby driving sustainable growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
–Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
and Monitor project-wise profitability and financial performance.
–Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis: Develop financial models for real estate projects and investments. Conduct feasibility studies and return analysis (IRR, NPV, ROI)
–Project Cost & Profitability Management: Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets. and Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective measures.
–Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and projections,
ensure adequate liquidity and efficient utilization of funds and analyze working capital requirements
–Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support internal and statutory audits and Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws & financial regulations.
–Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Projects, Accounts, Legal, Procurement teams and Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
–Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
–ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
–CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
–3–8 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the Real Estate, Construction sector.
