Role Overview:

Looking for a detail -oriented Financial Due Diligence Analyst to support real estate acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures. The role involves financial analysis, valuation, risk assessment, and preparing due diligence reports for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial due diligence for real estate deals.
Analyze historical & projected financials, cash flows, valuation models.
Identify property -level & entity -level risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
Collaborate with legal, tax, and operations on transaction reviews.
Prepare investment memos, due diligence summaries, and financial insights.
Apply valuation techniques like NPV, IRR, XIRR, sensitivity & scenario analysis.
Support post -acquisition integration and performance tracking.

Requirements

Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (CA, CFA, MBA preferred).
5–8 years in FDD, real estate investment analysis, or transaction advisory.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of real estate metrics, DCF, compliance and industry regulations.
