AAM - Assistant Area Manager / AM - Area Manager - Wealth Management & Financial Planning, FPD.

Job Description :

Responsible for Sales & Marketing of Financial products & Wealth Management.

Must have Excellent Knowledge of wealth management & financial planning.

Role – Person will be Location Head , heading City & reporting to Zone Head .

Channel is FPD – Financial Product Distribution channel

Selling multiple financial products with the help of 50 -100 freelance & part time salaried distributors on vendors payroll.

Acquire clients by understanding their financial needs and offering them personalized products.

Requirements

Candidate Profile :

Experience - 4 – 6 Years of Wealth Sales, Wealth Management and Financial Planning.

Knowledge of Local areas is preferred.

Notice Period - 1 - 2 Months

Local people from same City preferred

Reporting to Zone Head

Key Result Areas :

Achieve revenue growth & profitability to upscale the team.

To ensure training & development for team effectiveness.

To effectively manage day to day team administration and operations.

To ensure customer management & engagement.

To ensure effective risk management & development.
