Role Overview

We are looking for a business-driven Head of Staffing Operations & Client Delivery to lead our IT staffing delivery, client management, and talent acquisition operations.

This is not an internal corporate HR role; it is a high-impact, business-facing leadership position. You will sit at the intersection of client relationship management, revenue delivery, and fulfillment operations. You will manage both the Talent Acquisition teams and Account Managers/Executives to exceed selection targets, minimize turnaround time (TAT), expand billing within existing client accounts (farming), and support the business development team in successfully onboarding new logos.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Selection Matrix Management
  
• Own the end-to-end delivery engine for IT staffing across FTE, C2C (Contract-to-Contract), and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) engagement models.
  
• Drive the team’s core performance metrics: Submission-to-Interview ratio, Interview-to-Offer ratio, Offer-to-Joining ratio, and Billable Selections.
  
• Optimize operational throughput, reduce sourcing TAT, eliminate candidate drop-offs, and ensure SLAs are consistently met across active mandates.
  
• Account Management, Farming & Escalations
  
• Serve as the senior operational point of contact for key client stakeholders, hiring managers, and MSP/VMS program teams.
  
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts by farming new divisions, projects, and recurring talent needs.
  
• Handle critical escalations, rate negotiations, candidate backouts, and SLA breaches with strategic conflict-resolution skills.
  
• Partner with the Business Development/Sales team to evaluate new requisition viability, build delivery proposals, and seamlessly activate newly acquired accounts.
  
• Team Leadership & Operations Orchestration
  
• Lead, mentor, and track the daily/weekly KPIs of Talent Acquisition Leads, Technical Recruiters, and Account Managers/Executives.
  
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), clear allocation rules for incoming job requisitions, and balanced workload distribution.
  
• Implement structured daily standups, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly operational reviews with senior management.
  
• Expand the company’s sub-vendor/partner ecosystem to quickly fulfill niche technical mandates when needed.
  
• Strategic Alignment & Reporting
  
• Provide actionable pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and delivery health dashboards to executive leadership.
  
• Champion process automation and recruitment tech stack adoption to improve sourcer productivity and pipeline visibility.
  

• Relevant Experience: 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT Staffing & Recruitment Operations, with at least 3–4 years in a team-lead or delivery management capacity.
  
• Contract & Permanent Staffing Acumen: Thorough operational understanding of margins, contractor rate cards, bill rates, and compliance across C2C, C2H, and permanent placement models.
  
• Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of not just filling requisitions, but actively farming accounts to increase wallet share and headcount under billing.
  
• Customer Facing & Conflict Resolution: High emotional intelligence and professional maturity to navigate enterprise client escalations, procurement conversations, and vendor governance meetings.
  
• Leadership & Execution: High-energy manager who leads from the front, inspects recruiter pipelines in depth, and enforces accountability.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly & Quarterly Net Selections / Joinings achieved vs. target.
  
• Revenue & Headcount growth across key assigned accounts (Account Farming).
  
• Client fulfillment SLA compliance (TAT, submittal quality, and shortlist ratios).
  
• Recruiter productivity benchmarks and overall delivery retention rates.
