As a Transition Management Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and managing services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive operational success.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services. Your work will involve managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while mitigating delivery risks. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our clients and the firm.
Responsibilities
- Managing the transition and delivery of managed services to streamline client operations
-Experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.)
-Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services
-Process Mapping and Re-engineering
- Leading teams in project management and process optimization to enhance service quality
- Utilizing automation and service management tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Overseeing budgetary management and project planning to align with client objectives
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks to maintain service continuity
- Developing and implementing continuous process improvement strategies
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for service enhancements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and professional growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
