Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to act as the vital technical bridge between our core engineering team and enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, customizing, and successfully integrating advanced software, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions directly into complex client environments. You will work hand-in-hand with client engineering and architecture teams to troubleshoot technical hurdles, configure data pipelines, and ensure seamless onboarding from prototype to production.

  Client-Facing Implementations: Lead technical onboarding, custom configurations, and integration phases for enterprise accounts, ensuring solutions align with unique client infrastructures.

  Rapid Prototyping & Custom Coding: Write clean, robust, and production-grade code to bridge any functional gaps between core product offerings and specific client requirements.

  Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex integration errors, API bottlenecks, and performance issues in live client environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Product Feedback Loop: Translate field challenges, recurring client roadblocks, and custom feature requests into actionable insights for the core product and engineering roadmap.

  Stakeholder Communication: Manage technical conversations with client stakeholders, establishing clear delivery milestones, architectural guidelines, and realistic technical expectations.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  

  Engineering Background: 4 to 8 years of hands-on software development experience with strong proficiency in backend technologies (Python, Node.js, or Java).

  
  


• 
  

  System Integration: Proven experience building RESTful APIs, handling database migrations, and configuring cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

  
  


• 
  

  Communication & Adaptability: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure client environments and translate technical concepts to non-technical leaders.

  Problem-Solving: Highly analytical mindset capable of debugging complex distributed systems and writing rapid, efficient code under tight timelines.
