Freelance US IT Sourcer

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Freelance US IT Sourcer to support our recruitment team by identifying and sourcing qualified IT professionals for both US and Domestic hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build quality candidate pipelines for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates for US and Domestic hiring requirements.


• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines.


• Screen candidate profiles and assess their suitability based on job requirements.


• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.


• Maintain an organized database of candidates and update recruitment trackers.


• Ensure timely delivery of quality candidate profiles for open positions.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in IT sourcing/recruitment.


• Hands-on experience in both US IT Recruitment and Domestic IT Recruitment.


• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.


• Good understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet sourcing targets.
