We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Front Office Ambassador to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service with a warm smile and genuine care. In this pivotal role, you'll create memorable first impressions while efficiently managing front office operations and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors with genuine warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for their experience
• Manage reception desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries with clarity and transparency
• Process check-ins and check-outs (if applicable) with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency
• Maintain organized records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide comprehensive information about services, facilities, and local attractions in Udaipur with collaborative spirit
• Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and decisiveness, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and organizational excellence
• Assist with administrative duties, scheduling, and office coordination as needed
• Uphold professional appearance and behavior standards at all times, serving as a brand ambassador
• Support team members in creating an inclusive and supportive work environment

*Required Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in front office, reception, customer service, or hospitality roles
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a resilient and flexible approach
• Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Multilingual abilities (English and regional languages)
• Hospitality, business administration, or customer service certification
• Experience with CRM systems or hotel management software
• Sales orientation and upselling capabilities
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Experience in a corporate office or hospitality setting in Udaipur or similar locations
