About the Role
We are looking for a Function Testing (Manual) & Integration Analyst who support operations and integrations for a US -based
Insurance Marketplace platform. This is a hands -on role involving coordination
with insurance carriers, supporting API integrations, and ensuring smooth quote
response workflows (both API -based and manual).
Work Time: 1 PM – 9 PM (Mon–Fri) | Pune
Key Responsibilities
•Support API and manual carrier integrations through both
initial integrations and continuing partnership maintenance
•Map carrier appetite and validate quote responses across
carrier APIs and portals
•Lead carrier integrations end -to -end – from protocol
discovery to functional sign -off
•Perform functional testing and UAT support – draft test
cases, run functional/UAT checks, log issues
•Coordinate with US carriers and internal dev teams to
clarify requirements, map data, and resolve gaps
•Assist in requirement clarification and functional
validation during integrations
•Track issues, follow up across teams, and ensure timely
resolution
•Document learnings, workflows, and integration
guidelines
•1–3 years
of experience in BA, QA, or Operations roles (freshers with strong analytical
and communication skills also encouraged)
•Strong
communication and coordination skills – critical for US stakeholder interaction
•Basic
understanding of APIs, data exchange, and web -based platforms
•Analytical
mindset with attention to detail; comfortable in a fast -paced, cross -functional
environment
Preferred
Skills
•Exposure to
the Insurance domain, especially US insurance
•Experience
with marketplace or platform -based products
•Hands -on
with API testing tools such as Postman
•Prior
experience supporting BA, QA, or Operations functions in a SaaS or InsurTech
setting
