Functional Consultant – Supply Planning

Position Summary
We are seeking a Functional Consultant with 3-6 years of Industry experience and
minimum 1-2years strong hands-on in o9 platform(Implementations experience)/Blue yonder tool experience/Kinaxis tool experience
implementations. The role covers functional design, configuration, data analysis,
client workshops, and technical troubleshooting. Currently remote; preference for
Bangalore-based candidates or those willing to travel to Bangalore as required.
Experience Required
* 3-6 years total experience
* Minimum 1-2years hands-on o9 platform (mandatory)
* Should have done - implementation, configuration, or deployment activities(strictly no for end user, support)
* Immediate/15days joiners only
Location
* Currently remote
* Bangalore travel required when it is needed
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer
Science, or related field
Key Responsibilities
* supply planning implementations on o9 Solutions, including design,configuration, and testing.
* Conduct workshops, demos, and client discussions to gather requirementsand articulate solutions.
* Validate data, perform reconciliations, and troubleshoot datasets using SQLand Python.
* Configure planning hierarchies, master data, allocation/replenishment logic,and inventory optimization.
* Drive technical analysis for integrations, APIs/ETL, and data transformations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply chain best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Functional Expertise
* Strong recent hands-on o9 Solutions experience.
* Proven supply planning implementations.
* Deep understanding of demand/supply processes, inventory optimization,planning hierarchies/master data, allocation/replenishment logic, and supply
chain best practices.
* Ability to confidently explain projects, configurations, and business use cases.
* Experience leading workshops and client discussions.
Technical / Techno-Functional Skills
* Strong SQL: complex queries, data validation/reconciliation,analysis/troubleshooting.
* Good Python: data manipulation, automation scripts, processing/validations.
* Strong grasp of o9 data models/datasets, integrations/interfaces, APIs/ETL,data mapping/transformations.
* Independent technical analysis and issue resolution.
Soft Skills & Behavioral Expectations
* Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead discussions and articulate solutions clearly.
* Self-driven with high ownership, proactive, energetic, solution-oriented.
* Works independently, contributes quickly; confident in
workshops/demos/requirements.

* End-to-end o9 implementation projects.
* Agile delivery methodologies.
* Prior supply chain planning consulting.
* Global clients and cross-functional teams experience.
