Job Description - Gen AI

4–6 years of Hands‑on experience in Gen AI
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs for enterprise use cases
Build and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
Integrate GenAI models with existing applications, APIs, and enterprise systems
Fine‑tune and evaluate models for accuracy, performance, cost, and scalability
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, platform, data, and security teams
Ensure adherence to responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and code reviews
Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and industry trend
