Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. 2+ years in a technical lead or team lead capacity Strong system design skills — you can whiteboard distributed systems, evaluate trade-offs, and make pragmatic architecture calls. Proficiency in Python — comfortable with production-grade code, scripting, and modern libraries. Hands-on GenAI/LLM experience — you've built or shipped products using large language models and understand their capabilities and limitations. Cloud fluency — solid experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. CI/CD expertise — you've built and maintained pipelines; you care about deployment velocity and reliability. Product mindset — you think beyond tickets; you ask why before how. Manage risk proactively — surface technical debt, identify risks early, and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
