General Manager Large Format Retail and Shop-in Shop

Role Overview 
We are seeking an experienced and visionary senior leader to build and scale our offline retail business 
across India's leading department stores and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) partners. The General Manager will take 
full commercial and operational ownership of the channel, driving sustainable growth, strategic 
partnerships, and P&L performance. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Growth Strategy & Expansion: Develop and execute multi-year channel growth plans and build a 
robust pipeline for new door openings across key regions. 
• Commercial Management: Formulate and direct partner commercial frameworks across outright, 
Sale-or-Return (SOR), and consignment models. 
• Channel P&L Ownership: Take complete end-to-end accountability for the channel P&L, managing 
full lifecycle metrics from sell-in to full-price sell-through. 
• Strategic Partner Relationships: Build joint business plans and cultivate strong, strategic C-level and 
senior executive relationships with national retail partners. 
• Operational & Team Leadership: Maintain optimal inventory health, drive revenue collections, and 
inspire and lead a high-performing team of Cluster Managers and Key Account Managers (KAMs). 

Requirements & Qualifications 
• Education: MBA from a premier business school or recognized institution. 
• Channel Expertise: 10–15 years of rich experience in offline distribution, Large Format Retail (LFR), 
and SIS channels. 
• Industry Background: Proven, successful track record with leading sportswear, footwear, or 
premium apparel brands. 
• P&L Track Record: Hands-on, demonstrated experience taking full ownership of a business unit or 
channel P&L. 
• National Network: Established senior-level relationships across key national LFR account partners.
