MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery).
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent regulatory body.
Minimum of 2 years of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
Proven track record in performing general surgical procedures with demonstrated surgical competency.
Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy, aseptic technique, and perioperative management.
Excellent decision -making, problem -solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently in high -demand environments.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and medical documentation.
