Requirements:

MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery).
Minimum of 1 year of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
Proven proficiency in laparoscopic surgical techniques, including cholecystectomy, hernia repair, appendectomy, and other common laparoscopic procedures.
Strong understanding of surgical anatomy, physiology, and perioperative care.
Excellent decision -making, problem -solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast -paced, high -stakes environments.
Commitment to patient -centered care, continuous learning, and professional development.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and any required state -specific licenses.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
