Requirements:

MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery) from a recognized medical institution.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a valid license to practice.
Minimum of 2 years of post -graduation clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
Proven expertise in performing a wide array of general surgical procedures, including advanced laparoscopic techniques.
Demonstrated proficiency in preoperative planning, intraoperative decision -making, and postoperative management.
Strong understanding of surgical anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases efficiently, and maintain composure in emergency situations.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and surgical documentation software.
