Requirements:

MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery) from a recognized medical institution.
Valid registration with the National Medical Council (NMC) and any applicable state medical councils.
Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience in general surgery, with documented proficiency in laparoscopic (lapro) surgical procedures.
Proven experience in performing common laparoscopic surgeries with demonstrated surgical precision and patient safety outcomes.
Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy, infection control protocols, and perioperative care standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and lifelong learning in surgical medicine.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital documentation tools.
