Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, with a specialized emphasis on advanced laparoscopic techniques to minimize recovery times and enhance patient outcomes.
  
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and post-operative care, ensuring continuous clinical monitoring of patient vitals and recovery progress.
  
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards within the facility to prevent infections and ensure a secure environment.
  
• Document all surgical procedures, patient interactions, and clinical observations accurately and promptly in medical records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in general surgery, with a proven track record in a relevant medical setting.
  
• Proficiency in performing laparoscopic surgery, demonstrating technical skill and precision in minimally invasive procedures.
  
• Strong competency in clinical monitoring, including the ability to interpret vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition.
  
• Valid medical license and board certification in General Surgery.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and their families clearly.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and focus during critical situations.
