As a Global Assurance - Clients & Markets - Senior Associate, you will engage in a diverse range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the firm's products and services. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These initiatives are designed to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and capture new business opportunities. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients and enhance the firm's market presence.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will validate brand consistency, reach target audiences, and drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels will be crucial in achieving organizational targets and promoting the firm's services effectively.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for promoting the firm's services
- Creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels to engage clients and capture new business opportunities
- Analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Validating brand consistency and confirming alignment with organizational targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop communication strategies and stakeholder communications
- Utilizing CRM software to manage client relationships and enhance customer insights
- Leading content marketing efforts to support brand management and marketing communications
- Managing marketing operations and project management tasks to deliver quality outcomes
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others in complex situations
What You Must Have
- At least a Graduate / post graduate or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
