As a Global US Payroll– Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives. This role encourages you to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols
- Coordinating with teams to maintain accurate employee records and compliance with labor laws
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance service delivery
- Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and generate reports
- Assisting in the development and execution of employee engagement strategies
- Contributing to process documentation and improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address HR-related challenges and optimize operations
- Applying knowledge of HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Engaging in continuous learning to develop skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
