As a Global US Payroll– Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols
- Administering benefits and absence management to support workforce needs
- Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate employee record-keeping
- Utilizing HR software to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
- Supporting employee engagement strategies and fostering a positive work environment
- Implementing process improvements to optimize HR operations and service delivery
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and recommendations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all HR-related activities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
