About this Role

What you’ll do

• Own and govern a portfolio of technology products, cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and transformation initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Lead strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of multi-cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, OCI, and future cloud service providers.
• Act as the primary engagement interface between Vodafone markets and VOIS, building trusted and collaborative stakeholder relationships.
• Lead multiple Agile delivery teams to achieve portfolio objectives, customer outcomes, and strategic priorities.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting pre-sales activities and identifying opportunities across existing and new customers.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation, cloud migration, cloud adoption, platform engineering, automation, resilience, and operational excellence programmes.
• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate objectives into roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories.
• Champion SAFe Agile, Portfolio Management, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
• Govern delivery performance, budgets, risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead executive governance forums, service reviews, steering committees, portfolio reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
• Identify opportunities to expand technology services and increase business value delivery.

Who you are

• Extensive experience in Technology Delivery, Product Management, Cloud, Infrastructure, Transformation, or Service Leadership roles.
• Strong programme management expertise delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business functions.
• Proven experience leading cloud migration, cloud adoption, and modernisation programmes in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple Agile engineering teams within SAFe delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platform governance across Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, and related cloud ecosystems.
• Experience managing platform lifecycle, resilience, security, performance, and cost optimisation.
• Strong understanding of cloud financial management, cloud efficiency, and value realisation principles.
• Proven ability to influence and engage CIOs, Product Leaders, IT Heads, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, investment priorities, and portfolio strategies.
