Job Description - Go Plugin Engineer

Experience band: 7–10
years

Writes the customs enforcement
logic that runs inside the gateway on every request.

Responsibilities

• Builds Go plugins and small services: model-registry
enforcement, data-classification policy, integration adapters, kill-switch
tooling

• Sets up CI, contract tests and versioning for plugins
built against a vendor plugin API

• Defines and implements a typed error taxonomy for
calling applications

Must have

• 7+ years in backend engineering, at least 3 in Go

• HTTP middleware, reverse proxies, gRPC, concurrency and
performance-sensitive code

• Strong automated-testing discipline

Nice to have

• WASM

Familiarity with OpenAI-compatible LLM APIs and streaming responses.
